The TIME SCALE consortium partner Wageningen University was host for the TIMESCALE Review Meeting in Wageningen, Netherlands, June 17-18, 2015. The consortium partners met with the Scientific Advisory Board and a representative from ESA for fruitful discussions.
TIME SCALE Scientific Advisory Board
The TIME SCALE Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) consists of five international scientists. They are all highly recognized international experts within their fields and cover closed loop regenerative life support system technologies, plant and life science, space technology development and testing, sensor and monitoring technologies, and space project management. The SAB includes the following experts:
- Dr. U. Kübler (Germany)
- Dr. T.H. Iversen (Norway)
- Dr. R. Wheeler (USA)
- Dr. M. Dixon (Canada)
- Dr. C. Fuglesang (Sweden)
The objective of the SAB is to deliver feedback on the project progress and achievements compared to its objectives. Apart from the technical and scientific expertise, the SAB members increase the project's international involvement towards synergies and closer cooperation between major spacefaring nations, including NASA and ESA.
